Every time I upgrade my phone with @Verizon they always ******* over. Their chat agents promise things and then don’t deliver. This is the second time this has happened. Now I’ll probably have to return my brand new phone for the second time because they ******* suck.

@tarjoon Honestly this is the first time in 15 years with Verizon that I’ve had any sort is issue. I was honestly appalled leaving the store and this email was just the topper on the cake. So far their social media team has been trying to help.

Will @Verizon’s “nationwide” 5G still have the same data caps as their LTE network. Meaning first 20GB or 30GB or whatever is at full “5G” speed then the rest is throttled to hell?

Everytime I upgrade my phone @Verizon ***** something up. Chat agent tells me one thing, then when I get my phone what the agent said wasn’t true. Great customer service. No one wants to help me make it right. I’ll probably get one of their generic responses to this tweet too.
