Wagon and Stroller Policy
Wagons are not permitted. As of May 2023, we no longer allow wagons, “stroller-wagons,” or large running strollers inside the aquarium. This policy change was made to make it easier to move through the aquarium, allowing all guests to view the animals and exhibits up close, with more ease.

Today, the city of Toronto, also known as Tkaronto (meaning “the place in the water where the trees are standing”), is home to many Indigenous people from across Turtle Island, and we are grateful to work on this land.
The attractions: I was impressed with the number of fish, sharks, jellyfish, stingrays and other species that were on display. We particularly enjoyed the "dangerous lagoon" as it is a great way to see everything up close and feel like you are in the ocean itself.
With one of the world's most extensive jellyfish exhibits, 65+-year-old giant lobsters, stingray touch pools and live dive shows, you can explore creatures from various depths.
3-4 hours , if you are without little kids. Helpful? If you want to enjoy it plan a full day it's easier that way, there's a lot of walking and then you have to consider breaks and stops.
On average it will take about 60 to 90 minutes to enjoy the full SEA LIFE experience. However, you can spend as long as you'd like with our marine creatures.
- Ripley's Aquarium of Canada. “It says no outside food or drinks, but can I still bring baby snacks and water for my 1.5 yr old?” Absolutely. You can get something for yourself to.
Standing at a height of 1,815 feet, the CN Tower's strong glass walls and floors provide guests with an adrenaline-pumping view of the Earth below, which seems to disappear as the elevators ascend. The CN Tower is an iconic landmark that should be at the top of your list of things to do in Toronto .
Toronto Public Library card users will now be able to catch a glimpse of one of the best views in the city as the CN Tower is now included in its tpl:map program. The CN Tower is the most recent addition to the program which allows users to access attractions and museums across the city for free.
There's a ton to do – from petting sea creatures to crawling through shark tanks. Wear comfortable clothes/shoes, bring sanitizing wipes, and get down and dirty. It's the best way to take it all in.
The most popular times to visit Ripley's Aquarium are weekends and holidays from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and during the week from 11:00 a.m. to 2 p.m. Plan accordingly.
I'd like to tour (w/ a 7yr old) in the morning, then lunch at 360/visit the CN Tower then shopping in he afternoon. Is this possible?” Hi there! On average it takes our guests 2-2.5 hours to see everything that the aquarium has to offer.
It is home to more than 20,000 animals. The Dangerous Lagoon exhibit includes several species of sharks, roughtail stingrays, longcomb sawfish, and green sea turtles. The Rainbow Reef features animals from the Indo-Pacific water regions and is the most colourful gallery in the exhibit, hence its name.
An hour plus of entertainment for the whole family! A Ripley's LaseRace is included in General Admission and guests speed and agility as they maneuver their way through without touching the lasers to achieve the top score! Self-Guided Tour that takes –approximately 1-1.5 hours (but can take up to 3!)
